Shipping

We ship across Canada with Canada Post for a flat $15 per order. Orders ship within 2–5 business days, and you'll receive a tracking number once your piece is on its way.

Local pickup

We're often between Sooke, Chilliwack, Langley and downtown Vancouver. If you're nearby, we may be able to arrange a pickup at a convenient public spot. Just reach out before you order and we'll let you know if timing aligns.

Exchanges

If a piece isn't quite right, we're happy to exchange it within 15 days of delivery. Pieces should be unworn and in their original condition, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

One-year warranty

Every piece is made by hand, and we stand behind it. If something happens within a year, like a loosened stone, a bent wire or a broken thread, send it back and we'll repair it at no charge. The warranty doesn't cover lost pieces.

Caring for your jewellery

Copper is a living metal. Over time it warms and deepens into a patina that becomes your own. Store your piece dry, avoid perfumes and lotions, and polish gently with a soft cloth.

Silk thread pieces are delicate. Please take them off before showering or swimming.
